The third convening of the Asia Climate Health Resilience Hub (CHRH), Integrating Diverse Data Systems: From Data to Decision, brought together city governments, technical experts, and partners from Indonesia, the Philippines, and Thailand to explore how climate and health data can be transformed into actionable early warning systems and public health interventions.

Over two days, participants examined practical approaches to data integration, surveillance, governance, and climate-informed decision-making. Sessions featured insights from Dr Desiree Narvaez (former UNICEF), Patota Tambunan (HIEx Sandbox), Nikhilesh Unnikrishnan, Aditya Pangaria (Catalyst X), and Aastha Sethi (United for Global Mental Health), highlighting the importance of connecting existing data systems, strengthening institutional coordination, and integrating mental health into climate adaptation efforts.

Through hands-on exercises, participating cities, including Bangkok, Quezon City, Denpasar, Sumedang, Buleleng, and Tingloy, mapped their own data-to-decision pathways, identifying both strengths and gaps in translating climate and health risks into timely action. As the Asia CHRH cohort continues its journey, the focus now shifts toward financing, scaling, and translating climate-health priorities into investment-ready pathways for implementation.
